  • *Please contact style@rusticthread.com with your order number for all returns *All return packages must be shipped out within 14 days of the date you received an item from us. *All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. All returns must include the Return Number that you received through customerservice@rusticthread.com Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

• Delivery

  • Orders will take 1 business day to ship with all orders being placed by 5 PM MST will ship the next day. All other orders will ship out the following day (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped via standard shipping which is a USPS 2 day rate nation wide. We currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, International, APO/FPO, or PO boxes.
