Once you’ve filled your shopping cart with your favorite pieces, proceed to your cart to see a list of the items in your bag. This is also the time when you’ll be able to apply any qualifying promo codes, choose your payment method and shipping or delivery preference.

Then click submit your final order request!

Shipping

All orders over $150 receive FREE shipping!

Orders will take 1 - 2 business days to ship with all orders being placed by 12 PM MST will ship the next day. All other orders will ship out the following day (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped via standard shipping which is a USPS 3-5day rate nationwide.

We currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, International, APO/FPO. 

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped along with a shipping tracking number. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History."

Returns

All purchases are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of order receipt to our online returns department.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached.

Sale, discounted, and special order items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases. 

All jewelry, hats, headbands, and pillowcases are FINAL SALE

All returns must meet the following requirements.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by RusticThread.
  • Final Sale, discounted items, and Special Order items may not be returned.
  • If your item was a gift we will return your item for exchange or store credit for amount gift was purchased for. 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

Any items can be returned in store at our Denver locations.

To process online returns, please email us at Style@rusticthread.com with reason for return to receive your return label.

If you need to exchange for size please email us for assistance.

Securely repackage your items in the same packaging (or comparable package) you have received your item.

Enclose a copy of the receipt and include your return order number. 

Then please mail the return back to the following address:

Once your return is received we will email you notification of processing.

Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part. The cost of return shipping is $8 for any number of items, it will be deducted from your refund.

If your package arrives at RusticThread Returns Department within 3-5 days of processing your return, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from RusticThread.
